Trey and Kari are getting married!

Do you see the ring?

Yes, it is true. Some of you have already heard the full story but for those who may not have, we wanted to let you know what’s been going on “behind the scenes.” The answer to that one is, “Nothing…as far as we knew!”

Bliss...

Trey and I worked "blindly" together on the same health team in Senegal without realizing any romantic interest existed between us. Together we went through everything that 18 months of Senegal will send your way- eg; language study, volunteer teams, adjusting to culture, celebrating holidays (American and Senegalese!), discovering Nebeday, the car accident, the break in, moving into villages, ad infinitum…

Within 48 hours, I said yes… a very enthusiastic yes!!
